Insurance Benefits Montereau offers a competitive health insurance package for our full-time regular employees, which includes health and dental insurance, a section 125 flexible spending plan, disability insurance at affordable rates, group life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, as well as options to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance at affordable rates. 401(k) Plan Part-time and full-time employees are eligible to contribute to Montereau's 401(k) plan. After completing 1 year of service and working 1,000 hours, Montereau will match 100% of the first 4% of their wages that employees contribute, as well as an automatic 1% contribution to the plan. This benefit is a great way to save for retirement, while also taking advantage of the free Montereau money match. Development Opportunities In order to provide the best service to our residents, we must have the best employees. Montereau is dedicated to providing a wide-range of developmental opportunities for all of our employees: • Nurse Leadership Development Program • Management Development Program • English as a Second Language Program (ESL) Tuition Assistance Montereau promotes continuous employee development and education. As a complement to our internal training and development programs, Montereau provides $500 per fiscal year of tuition assistance for part-time and full-time employees. Employee Retreats Each year, Montereau employees participate in a 1 day off-site employee retreat to take part in fun teambuilding activities, brainstorming sessions, fabulous food, and more! Town Hall Meetings All employees are invited to Town Hall meetings where Montereau leadership team members present on a variety of topics. Employee Meals Montereau provides all employees a complimentary soup and salad bar for lunch each day, in addition to hot meals served twice a week. Our fabulous food is prepared in-house by our Food and Beverage department. Complimentary iced tea, coffee, and water also are available. Employees may also purchase delicious and healthy wrap sandwiches, salads, smoothies, and homemade granola bars from the Spa Cafe.
